Scope of application:
Temperature could not exceed 40℃, MOP≤2.0MPa (maximum working pressure is less than 20 kg/cubic cm), pressure water transmission for general use and drinking water transmission. Mainly used in urban tap water network networking, water companies and water plants.
Transportation: no scratches, throwing, violent impact, oil and chemical pollution.
Construction: When heating, tube wall thickness ×9-10 seconds. The cooling time is three times the heating time. It should be putting into use after the pressure test is fine.

Note:
1. This series of pipes are mainly used in urban water supply engineering. The nominal pressure refers to the maximum allowable working pressure of the pipe conveying water at 20ºC.
2. The weight of the above table is calculated according to the average density of 0.95g/cm³, and the outer diameter and wall thickness are taken as the nominal value plus half of the limit deviation.
Production features
PE gas pipe to the uneven settlement of the pipe base is very strong adaptability, wear resistance, fully in line with the national "GB/T15558.1-2015" standard. It can adopt a variety of trenchless methods, which greatly facilitates the construction and installation of the work. The system cost is low, the maintenance cost is less, and the project cost can be greatly reduced.
Application field
The buried polyethylene (PE) pipeline for gas is suitable for the buried urban gas pipeline system with the working temperature of -20-40ºC and the maximum allowable working pressure of no more than 0.7MPa. Types of gas suitable for transport:
1, nat gas: such as pure nat gas, oil associated gas, mine gas, etc.;
2, artificial gas: such as coke oven gas, water gas, oil gas, blast furnace gas, etc.;
3. Liquefied petroleum gas;
4. CH4 gas.
Product performance
1. Reliable connection
The strength of the joint is higher than the strength of the pipe body.
2. Good stress cracking resistance
PE gas pipe has low notch sensitivity, high shear strength and excellent scratch resistance, and excellent environmental stress cracking resistance.
3. Aging resistance, long service life
The additives in PE gas pipes prevent damage caused by UV radiation.
4. Good impact resistance at low temperature
Even in winter construction, the pipe will not be brittle.
5. Convenient transportation
PE gas pipe is lighter than concrete pipe, galvanized pipe and steel pipe, and it is easy to handle and install, which is conducive to saving manpower and equipment needs, which will reduce the cost of engineering.
6. Good wear resistance
The wear resistance comparison between PE gas pipe and steel pipe shows that the wear resistance of HDPE pipe is 4 times that of steel pipe. HDPE pipes have a longer service life and better economy.
